We recently celebrated the 12-month service milestones of two of our team members, Charles and Wei. Congratulations to both!
We took the opportunity to catch up with Charles (Senior Associate) to learn more about his experience at VI.
Charles' Journey at Vision Infrastructure (VI)
Over the past year, Charles has played a key role in a major Wind Farm Project, initially focused on settling claims and disputes and later transitioning into managing contractor packages. This project, one of Australia’s largest renewable energy initiatives, has provided him with valuable experiences and professional growth. Presenting a detailed cost liability estimate to the client’s Executive Team was a standout moment for Charles, challenging him to communicate complex information to senior leadership.
VI Culture and Team
Charles highlights VI’s collaborative culture, where open communication and mutual support are key making employees feel empowered to tackle any challenge with confidence. He also fondly recalls the 2023 Christmas Trip to Bali, a team-building event that strengthened bonds and enhanced teamwork.
Looking Ahead
In the coming year, Charles plans to enhance his skills in evaluating expert claims and refining his claims writing abilities.

Charles encourages new team members to fully leverage VI’s extensive knowledge base and to actively engage with colleagues to close knowledge gaps and contribute effectively to projects.
